Stress Reliever
In this article we will learn few things we can do to relieve our stress, these things can be pretty simple or a bit complex I would suggest start with a simple smile.
1.Smile
some one said "smile gives more light than electricity" so keep smiling ones you do this you will feel stress free for a moment and smile will lighten up your face so that you can enjoy the beauty of smile feel free to smile when ever you get a chance.
2.Sing or Dance.
It has been proven that Singing and Dancing can relieve stress and can make you happy when you are upset just ask your partner to co-operate in dance or singing, try to sing a cheerful song it will make you feel better, when you dance try to dance with free heart no need to worry about your dancing step just move your body and you will be stress free.
3.Family
Spending time with your family can make you stress free especially having tea or coffee with your spouse or watching a movie together or just talking to each other in short spending time together, when we talk about family care comes in our mind so keep caring for the person you love it can be your Wife, Friend, Mom, Dad, Brother, Sister and so on.
4. Exercise Or Meditation / Sports
Healthy body and sound mind is a good stress reliever keep a habit of regular exercise every day before going to work. If you don't like meditation or exercise try to play games ( not PSP or PlayStation or Pc Games) specially outdoor games, I try to play Badminton, T.T, Cricket or even football.
Note: Try to do things which keep you stress free because each person has a different way of dealing with stress

Does the internet really need another blog on psychology, the mind, and mental health? I’ve noticed is that there is no shortage of interest in psychology , and self-help out there. With exorbitant cost of therapy and medical care in general, alongside spreading fear that civilized discourse and social order are degrading rapidly, who wouldn’t want to learn how to help themselves preserve their own sanity!? However, as the demand for applied mental health information expands, my concern is that the content has become generic, watered down, and less interested in the workings of the mind.
